Description: Answer calls from customers who wish to make hotel/Studios reservation, contact hotels by phone, answer/Send over e-mails, usual office work.

Must be familiar with Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet. Will help if the applicant speaks foreign languages (French, Spanish, Italian, German') Will help also if familiar with invoicing, accounts, advertising, web design, if not, we will be happy to train. (If applicant is willing to learn).

Internship Program/Office & Reception

* Your own Computer during the entire internship, each computer is connected 24 hours to the Internet using Broadband 512K (fast access).
* Dealing with Customers and existing clients
* Working with Microsoft Office 2000 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Front-page   2000,)
* Customer Care
* Visiting Hotels
* Studios & Hotel Reservations
* Accounts/ Invoicing
* Web Design
* Time management
* Sorting Snail mail & faxes

Internship Program/Marketing:

* Marketing using the Internet
* Meetings with potential Partners / Hotels/ Hostels (Negotiations)
* Business marketing

IT/Web design skills.
