Description: Company: Our client is a leading outsourcing company that has in excess of 20 years experience providing IT, Customer service and sales support to their global client base. Their core business is supporting world leading companies to stream line their processes and service offerings. Increased growth has created a number of opportunities for customer service professionals to join their team in Germany.

Role: As part of a new project they need to add to their team a French Game Mater / Team Leader. The Game Master will assist their online gaming customers on a range of in-game issues such as new levels, bugs and answering ad hoc support queries. He/ She will reinforce the relationship with the community of players providing updates and information on future enhancements. There will be also some translation involved and social networking interaction on fan pages, gaming forums and communities.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess native level French as well as fluent English and previous experience as a Game Master (GM) or customer support executive and a passion for massively multiplayer online role playing games (MMO and MMORPG) and FPS games, online gaming and have good pc skills. Candidates with good customer service or people skills are at an advantage as you will be speaking to and emailing customers.
