Overview
To provide technical and medical information on a wide range of pharmaceutical products to consumers and healthcare professionals (doctors and pharmacists).
This is a unique opportunity within Medical Information to gain expertise and knowledge and to become an expert in this field!

Typical Responsibilities
The workday involves being on the phone taking calls or being at the workstation available to take calls. You will:
- Answer questions from health care professionals and patients over the phone
- Provide information according to protocols on new and existing products
- Accurately maintain the enquiry database and related documents

Qualifications: Necessary Qualifications

A degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology or nursing qualification.

Previous Experience
Experience in retail or hospital pharmacy, or in any hospital related environment will be an advantage.

Skills Required
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

- Working in a multinational environment, the role will involve providing support to the European market. Therefore, knowledge of English and one of the following languages is essential:

- Greek "Spanish" Finnish" Dutch" Danish" Swedish" Italian" German" Norwegian" Portuguese" French

- Good customer service and strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work to protocols and regulatory guidelines
- Familiarity with the use of MS Office packages
