* Advanced backup troubleshooting
* Backup Server management (installation, configuration, policy, update)
* Node/ Job management (settings, scheduling, modification)
* Media management (space reclamation and scratch pool management, physical errors on media, ordering tapes and stock management)
* Externalization, off-site management (copy pool management, DRM and vaulting)
* Library management (HW problems troubleshooting, ITS calls)
* SAN management
* Support for OS teams (restore, on demand backup..)
* Networking and operating systems knowledge is mandatory
* SAN knowledge is advantage

Qualifications: Required
* High School Diploma/GED
* At least 2 years experience in Storage
* At least 1 year experience in Networking and operating systems knowledge
* Experience in SAN knowledge Advantage
* English: Fluent
