Description:
Innovative fund and investment administrator is looking for a skilled Fund Compliance Administrator to join its back office team. This business unit is a subsidiary of a larger banking group, offering focused fund administration and management solutions for its clients. These include independent asset managers, institutional investors, family offices and private equity companies - in addition to traditional mutual funds, tailored niche products such as private equity structures, hedge funds or special funds. They are currently managing more than 160 fund with a volume of approx. 10.5 billion Euros. The Fund Compliance Manager will support that business by reviewing investment proposals from internal and external sources with regards to compliance with statutory and contractual investment fund. To be seriously considered for the Fund Compliance Administrator vacancy you should have at least three years experience in a similar role and can demonstrate overcoming specific compliance challenges. You will need to be familiar with the legal provisions of the fund business in Luxembourg and Germany. On the asset experience front it is expected you will have superb mastery of the securities business, as well as swap and derivatives trading and you have knowledge in portfolio management. Ideally, you also know the systems MIG21 and Bloomberg.
