Description:
This global corporate, Finance Advisory practice, that provides financial, economic and strategic advice to international clients is urgently seeking a number of experienced Corporate Finance Senior Consultants to expand their Luxembourg based division. As a Corporate Finance Senior Consultant your main business focus will be to lead and participate in challenging corporate finance engagements in the fields of M&A, due diligence, valuation and financial modelling. It will also be your responsibility to identify new business opportunities and conduct fundamental industry research and quantitative analyses. To be considered for the Corporate Finance Senior Consultant position you should hold a University degree in Business Administration, with a specialisation in finance or accounting. It is expected you can combine that with at least four years of professional experience, with some of that experience gained in a corporate finance department. It would also be beneficial if you had experience gained within a leading audit firm or another professional services organisation. Finally you must have excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English; German or Luxembourgish would be considered an asset.
