Job Description: We are looking for our financial services shared center EMEA in Prague:

Billing & Contract Officer with English & Swedish

Reporting to the Billing Manager, you will be responsible for the billing process and for timely execution of the administrative duties connected with the process for billing exceptions in Titan. You will work as part of a billings team.

Major Responsibilities:

* Coding and checking all incoming invoices of all EMEA on CRM systems (ULTRABIS/Titan/ Onyx and PIVOTAL/Salesforce.com)
* Performing data entry process of billing categories into Titan.
* Ensuring all invoices are batched and coded accurately onto the accounting system to deadlines.
* Updating and maintaining of the database
* Sharing work and communicating with the other members of the team according to given tasks and schedule.
* Proposing improvements of the process to line manager as relevant.
* Liaising with the collections team as relevant.

Highlights: Stipend within first 3 months with further job employment.

Qualifications: Skills Required:

* Fluent English plus Advanced in Swedish language (Czech not necessarily required)
* Background in a similar role (billing, order management) in an international environment
* Experienced in working according to set procedures
* Basic accounting background a plus
* Attention to detail, highly organized
* Able to work under pressure
* Target orientated, able to meet deadlines
* Ability to work with sophisticated software
* Very good communication skills
* Team player

* English must be very good
* Swedish
