Description:
Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide secretarial support to RU Committees such as Board of Governors, Academic Advisory Council, Senate, Senate Learning and Teaching, and Quality Assurance Committee. 2.PED Meeting: * Track report submission and compliance. * Identify issues and prepare summary reports. * Coordinate with Deans and the colleges to resolve the issues. 3.ALA Reports: * Coordinate ALA visits to Colleges. * Coordinate and track resolution of issues with ALAs, Deans, College Directors and Academic Directors. 4.Site Audit reports: * Identify and document issues. * Coordinate and track resolution of issues with Deans, College Directors and Academic Directors. 5. Coordinate and track resolution of issues identify in the Reports of the External Examiners. 6. Coordinate and track resolution of issues in the minutes of the meetings of the Board of Governors, Academic Advisory Committee, Senate, Senate Learning and Teaching, and Quality Assurance Committee. 7. Identify good practices and promote them across the network. 8. Identify quality assurance issues and bring them up to the Quality Assurance Committee. 9. Assist with QA and program documentation preparation. 10. Assist VPs and Deans on QA matters.
Qualifications:
* At least a bachelor's degree. * Excellent command of the English Language, spoken and written. * Some teaching and administrative experience and understanding of quality assurance in an education institution. * Meticulous and good team worker.
