Company: T.A.A.C. Job Title: Employee Placement Coordinator/Sales/HR Job category: HR/Recruitment Recruiters duties Include:
- Advertising for employment opportunities
- Attending career and trade show and consulting with applicants and employers
- Interviewing & screening of candidates
- Placement of qualified candidates
- Sales & Marketing of our services, including cold calling and up selling to employers.
- Data entry
- Reception relief
- Payroll administration assistance
- Other duties that may arise
Qualifications:
Skills required: - Experience in the recruitment and industry and strong sales and marketing skills.
- Must be outgoing, organized, mature, professional, able to multitask and handle many tight deadlines throughout the day.
- Training in recruitment / sales in an asset. Language Requirements:
- Very Good English
