Description: "This professional administrator / outsourcer for the private equity fund industry requires an experienced Fund Accountant for its Guernsey business unit.

The Fund Accountant works on behalf of a select portfolio of the organisation's private equity fund clients. The main duty of the Fund Accountant is to take responsibility for a portfolio of the Company's clients and the production of their accounts and NAV statements. You will delegate and oversee the production of management, interim and audited accounts for all your clients. You will oversee control and monitor the bookkeeping process. You will review ledgers, control the production of final accounts and work with Company's Finance Director to assist with planning of annual audits. You will liaise with clients to establish timetables for the receipt of valuations and advisers reports and other relevant information. Finally you will also have to deal with client requests for assistance.

To be considered for the Fund Accountant role you will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, ICAEW, ICAA or even ICSA and qualified by experience) with at least three years fund accounting experience.
