Description: "This Isle of Man based provider of trust, fund and corporate services is, following recent expansion, seeking an experienced VAT Senior to join its Tax department.

One of the core services the company provides for its clients (both HNWI´s and Corporates) is the provision of offshore accounting, tax and VAT services. These are often provided in conjunction with the provision of Trust and other tax efficient offshore vehicles. As VAT Senior your focus will be managing the VAT requirements for client companies. You will register new and existing companies for VAT in both the IOM and UK and compile, collate and file VAT returns and EC Sales Lists. The VAT Senior is a key member of this highly experienced team, so you will work closely with Group colleagues and deal with de-registrations, provide information for VAT inspections and perform other VAT related administrative tasks.

For consideration for the VAT Senior position you will have at least three years experience within an Isle of Man based accountants, financial services or similar professional services firm. You will be able to demonstrate a superior knowledge of VAT and understand its impact upon the provision of offshore fiduciary services.
