Description: The Malta office of this Trust & Corporate services organisation is looking for a Accountant / Trust Administrator.

The Accountant / Trust Administrator combines the administration of multi
jurisdictional trusts and companies with the bookkeeping and accounting duties for this portfolio of clients. Responsibilities in this well paid offshore Trust job will include the maintenance of all records, bank accounts (including preparing of payment instructions) ,ensuring that invoices are correctly issued and payments received promptly. You will also liaise with the Trustees and Beneficiaries and prepare the Trustees resolutions when required. It will also be the duty of the Accountant / Trust Administrator to provide client accounting services to your allocated portfolio of clients.

The Accountant / Trust Administrator is a skilled offshore trust position, and as such you will need to have at least a minimum of one year's experience in the administration of trusts and international companies. You should also combine that with an accounting background. Candidates who hold are a qualified Accountant will be favoured.
