Description: The Zurich office of this Swiss Private bank and wealth management enterprise are seeking a Head of Client Segment Development to help achieve challenging growth targets in their Private client business.

Working in a dedicated team as Head of Client Segment Development your main duties will be exactly that - to develop and support the definition and formulation of bank-wide segment strategy and targets. Coupled with that you will also

*Main tasks*
- Segment Development Private Clients / Business Support
- Support definition and formulation of bank-wide segment strategy and targets
- Initiate and co-ordinate with front and product units product and service offering for Private Client segment
- Develop in co-ordination with Finance Division specific Private Client segment MIS, run performance reviews and monitor progress
- Conduct management controls/risk monitoring
- Maintain interface between RMs and corporate functions (issue handling and resolution)
- Support Business Area Head

*Sales Management*
- Identify sales and profitability improvement opportunities
- Support front in identification of high-potential clients
- Prepare and co-ordinate segment campaigns
- Develop sales material
- Develop and conduct RM trainings / sales coaching
- Support RMs in sales activities on request

*Project Management*
- Lead/participate in segment specific projects
- Support implementation of overarching projects in segment

*Experience*
- University degree or equivalent, further finance-specific education
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar function (PB background, proven track-record in project management, sales management, segment development)
- Independent, self-starter, pro-active, entrepreneurial, analytical, strong interpersonal skills
- Languages: Fluency in German and English
