Description:
The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities: * Achieve all daily, weekly and monthly sales and WIP targets set * Build long term, profitable business relationships with all accounts * Network extensively to increase the usage and awareness of the client's brand * Proactively look at ways to move the department forward in line with that the department and business needs. * Maintain accurate reporting daily and monthly as required, i.e.; data levels, lead generation, team productivity, conversions etc., within given time-scales * Ensure that all activity within the Sales Department is completed in accordance with compliance regulatory requirements including version control The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience: * Over 2 years proactive new business experience within financial industry desirable * Results Focused & problem solving: highly target driven * Excellent communications skills * Excelling at customer service and sales * Personal Effectiveness: including self motivation, confident, dynamic * Self Development: able to accept feedback & have desire to improve own performance * Teamwork: able to operate effectively as part of the Management and Sales team
Qualifications:
Telesales Agent required for internation company. - Live in Athens, Greece. - Must speak advanced Greek - Training will be provided. - Salary based on level of experience.
