Description: Leading Malaga-based Software development company have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Test Lead to join their Southern Spain head office.

Key focus will be to work with two development teams to oversee the development of unit tests, integration tests and functional performance tests. The Technical Performance Test Lead provides expertise in Test Driven Development of software development tests to further our test coverage and overall quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

* Work with development teams to increase overall test coverage and improve general software quality.
* Work with Architects and Software Development Managers to define and document software development testing standards and best practices.
* Enhance and grow integration test coverage.
* Ensure software meets Key Performance Indicators.
* Provide feedback to Development Teams and Business Stakeholders.
* Provide estimates and project scheduling information.
* Mentor and educate Development Teams on Test Driven Development.

Qualifications:
* Thorough knowledge of structured software testing and process.
* Proven experience of developing and technical testing complex systems including rich desktop applications and websites.
* Detailed knowledge of both Manual and Automated Testing Processes.
* Experience of Java 5/6, JEE, Spring, Hibernate.
* Knowledge of using Application Containers including Tomcat and JBoss.
* Experience of build tools/configuration management tools including Ant, Maven, CVS and Subversion.
* Experience with testing development tools including JUnit, DBUnit, Jmock, Easymock, Cactus and Jitr.
* Experience with integration testing tools including Cargo, Selenium and Fit.
* Experience of using reporting tools like Checkstyle, PMD, Clover and Cobertura.
* Experience of agile development methodologies.
* A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work.
