Description:
Our client is searching for an Insurance General Manager who will be a qualified accountant with proven success with a commercial insurance or reinsurance background, to give direction and purpose to an already thriving operation. You will assume responsibility for developing and implementing the long-term strategic plans for the company and its business, realizing strategic vision and leading a successful team. You will also work on building shareholder value by implementing the approved strategy, policies and plans with specific emphasis on sustainability and profitability. This challenging role is also responsible for running the existing Gibraltar office and teams, ensuring the quality of financial and management information, that the financial team delivers accurate and timely reports and adherence to financial, treasury, and underwriting controls as well as responsibility for compliance and regulation.
Salary / Pay: Salary is based on experience.
