Description: Key responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Detailing all possible source's of business for Ministry Of Sound & Hed Kandi
* Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity
* Developing and maintaining a Ministry Of Sound client base
* Designing and implementing a strong marketing plan for brand recondition in Hurghada Egypt.
* Contract negotionations with all tour companies operating in Hurghada Egypt.
* Ensuring that relationships with all clients are kept strong and there needs meet
* Flyer and poster and Map distribution monitored
* Day-to-day admin and PO requisition
* Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
* Venue Visits each evening, to ensure what you are offering is in place, whilst taking care of any VIP'S.
* All other duties as required

* Achieve monthly sales targets. (As displayed on the team target board.)
* Maintain healthy relationships with all possible clients & team colleagues.
* Ensure all paperwork is kept up to date, and all requested information is presented on time in the correct format.
* Increase our company membership's whist upholding membership standards.
* Remain professional at all times.
* Develop your own self development plan.
* Bring Sales to the office every night as part of the Managers rota
* Lead by example.
