Online Customer Services (native Spanish)

Description:
Our client is searching for an Online Customer Services executive who is a native Spanish speaker (e.g you went to school and or grew up in Spain) to liaise with clients both by phone and e mail and provide them with unparalleled standards of customer care in relation to their online gaming experience. The role is to ensure that problems and queries are dealt with swiftly and in an appropriate manner. This role will require you to work shifts.
Qualifications:
You must have previously worked in a customer service role in an online environment, ideally in a shift and be able to show a good level of loyalty in previous positions. Preference will be given to previous gaming experience and those who live locally.
Salary / Pay: Salary is 18k GBP - 20k GBP depending on experience.
