Our client, an online gaming company in Gibraltar is searching for a Customer Service Agents. You must be a native French, German, Greek, Italian, and Japanese speaker with an excellent command of English and a clear telephone voice. Your role is to liaise with clients both by phone and e mail and provide them with unparalleled standards of customer care in relation to their betting / gaming experience. The role is to ensure that problems and queries are dealt with swiftly and in an appropriate manner. The company is one of the major companies in the betting / gambling market and employs about 200 people. Our client provides on-line support to its clients from 9am until 12am, therefore this role will require you to work shifts. You will have worked in a customer service role previously ideally in a shift and or an office environment and be dedicated to exception levels of service provision.
Qualifications:
* You must be a native French, German, Greek, Italian, and Japanese speaker with an excellent command of English and a clear telephone voice. * You will have previously worked in a customer service role in an office environment, ideally in a shift and be able to show a good level of loyalty in previous positions. Strong preference is given to previous gaming experience. * Be dedicated in providing the highest levels of customer service. * Be a proactive individual with interpersonal skills and have an active interest in sports or casino related games, however full training will be given.
Salary / Pay: Dependent on experience. Our client offers a great remuneration package and relocation.
