- Telephone support of clients from commercial and administrative companies from all over Europe
- Support of clients using IT network
- Qualifying and solving IT related questions and problems
- Communication and cooperation with internal or external support specialists

Qualifications:
- you are a EU-citizen
- very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office and network,
- very good knowledge of PC hardware and software
- fluent knowledge (in spoken and written) of Flemish, Dutch, French and English
- excellent communication skills,
- dedicated and self dependent work,
- willingness to team work and to shift work

Salary / Pay: You'll receive a monthly salary. If you have to work late/night shifts, Sundays and bank holidays you'll get extra bonus. Furthermore, Christmas bonus and holiday payment will always be paid once a year starting from your second year of employment.
