Are you good with people? We are an established Chinese international trade firm based in Nanshan with over 100 employees including many foreign staff. We are looking for a fluent English speaker + Chinese-speaking expat with relevant experience to assist us with developing the Human Resource team. You'll provide advice and guidance to managers on a range of employee relation's issues, such as grievances, disciplinaries, sickness, absence, performance and capability. You will help assist the Department Manager with English and Chinese communications in meetings and internal daily work. Salary range c 12,000 RMB / month after probation period, with advancement prospects. Working visa application after 3-month probation period. This is an interesting long-term and stable position which would suit young expats who strongly wish to settle down for a long China career living in Shenzhen. To apply you must be: - A strong Mandarin speaker
Have lived in China for more than 1 year
- Able to come to Shenzhen for interview at your own expense
- Strongly interested in a long term China career and living in Shenzhen
