Description: The fund administration team at a leading private equity fund company requires to add a Company Secretarial Officer to its Guernsey office.

The Company Secretarial Officer provides support to the client service teams in all matters of corporate governance for our managed funds and administered entities. This will range from company incorporation to the provision of timely minutes, as well as ensuring the accuracy of standing data with the Guernsey Registry and other internal records.

To be considered for this well paid offshore fund job you will have a minimum of five years of relevant company secretarial experience, specifically from within a fund environment. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you will have high attention to detail and be a self-starter. You will also be used to working under pressure and to very strict deadlines. You should also be able to demonstrate a thorough and practical working knowledge of the GFSC Rules - POI Law and the Company Law 2008.
