Description: PV & New Energy - Europe or USA Sales Manager

We are a multinational company, in charge of the design and R&D of the modules. We also realize the Quality Controls, sales and after sales of PV modules for worldwide customers-residential and commercial projects.
With well-known photovoltaic components and high qualified manufactures' product efficiency, We guarantee to provide the most reliable and cost competitive PV modules to our customers

We are now looking for right employees for the position below

Position: Europe OR USA Sales Manager

Place: Europe OR USA +Shanghai
Status: Employee
Salaries: To be discussed: fix + sales bonus
Office: in Europe OR USA or Shanghai

You will develop the marketing and sales volume in your zone.

In charge of:
* Implementation of the sales and marketing strategy in the country, according to the Guidelines provided from Headquarter
* Visit potential customers and maintenance of the existing ones to achieve the sales target of the country
* Establish close relationships with customers
* Follow up of the entire sales process (from the agreement to the delivery)
* Post-sales support to customers, complaints and resolution of critical incidents
* Coordination with technical department to give technical advice and support to customers; warehouse to follow up deliveries
* Market research to understand specific needs of customers and what competitors are doing in the country.
* Co-ordinate closely with HQ marketing people for local fairs.
* Identify important project more than 5MW in the country and work closely in team with Key Account Manager from HQ.

Qualifications: Requirements:
1/ 28-40 years old
2/ experienced in PV, or new energy, or power industry
3/ University Bachelor or Master
4/ Available for very frequent national/international travels

Minimum Education: Diploma/Certification
