Your future responsibilities:
-Remote monitoring, controlling and operating of server systems
-Production batch applications, including developing the operational plan, scheduling and control of batch processing and development of customer scripts
-Analyzing first level problems for all systems, resolving and routing as appropriate

Qualifications:
-At least high school education
-0 to 5 year experience on appropriate position or IT education
-Intermediate English, intermediate French
-good knowledge of Operating Systems
-Tolerance to stress
-To be an enthusiastic person, willing to work in a team and to learn
-To be familiar with PC systems as an end user
-Ability to work well in an international environment
