Description: This global financial institution is urgently seeking a Trust Managing Director for its Isle of Man based fiduciary services team.

The bank specializes in banking; trust administration and corporate services; stock broking; asset management; and offshore fund management for institutional and private clients. The Trust Managing Director main responsibility is to lead and develop the Group's fiduciary services business in the Isle of Man and participate in the group management of the Trust Division across all offshore finance jurisdictions. Reporting to the Global Head of Fiduciary Services you will be responsible for building a profitable trust portfolio from targeted Family Offices and High Net Worth clients from emerging markets. You will manage, inspire and evolve a team of Trust Administrators in their daily duties of administering their portfolio of trusts with a focus on effective service & efficiency.

Highlights: Douglas, Isle of Man Douglas is the Capital of the Isle of Man and is situated on the east of the island. The ferries dock here. It has a broad, sweeping front and a flat, sandy beach. The promenade is wide, with horse drawn trams rumbling up and down all day and evening. The buildings are largely grand-looking Victorian hotels and the whole place looks like a proper, old-fashioned British seaside resort. Which is exactly what it is. Towards the center of the promenade are Villa Marina and Gaiety Theater Complex. The Royal Hall is situated in the Villa Marina Gardens and is a beautifully restored Edwardian building, used for concerts, conferences and entertainment. The Gaiety Theater and Opera House is a restored Victorian building.

Qualifications: To be considered for this Trust Managing Director role you will be you are professionally qualified (ideally ICSA) with extensive Senior Management experience (8 years +) in a Trust/Fiduciary environment. The development of profitable, long lasting business relationships with new clients is a key component of this well paid offshore trust job, so being able to influence positively; think and act strategically; and communicate effectively is vital.
