Your future responsibilities: * Communication with customers (by phone or email) in their native language * To answer calls and solve customers problems (installation, maintenance and technical support) * Escalate queries to appropriate personnel if required (in English) * Ensure consistent productivity and quality of customer service * Administration associated with statistics and databases * To learn about IT and to work in IT environment
