Description:
Duties & Responsibilities: * Manage the implementation of strategic staffing strategies, plans and initiatives to deliver recruitment and selection support in partnership with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and external vendors to identify and hire diverse global talent. * Partner with Business Leaders and HR professionals to assess internal and external environment and plan staffing requirements to meet business needs. * Collaborate with employers to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments. * Develop and maintain strong professional relations with employers/jobseekers/recruiters to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility. * Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates. * Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and jobseekers. * Prescreens candidates. Create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval. * Prepares candidates for interviewing and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting. * Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates. * Conducts follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with hiring managers and new hires.

Qualifications:
- HR Certificate, B.S. in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline required. MBA or MS a plus. - Must be very comfort dealing with executive level professionals. Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level leaders. - Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required. - Some knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence. - Ability to present new recruiting concepts to executive leadership and technical communities. - Ability to develop and managing strategic alliances. - Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, international, and multi-location level. - Ability to travel as required. A.E.A will be meeting out with clients - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Outlook proficiency required, html and website knowledge a plus - Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases - Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. - Must be able to quickly assimilate technical information and build solutions to the optimal balance of meeting business needs, beating competitors, and operating within financial resource constraints.
Minimum Education: Bachelor of Arts
Salary / Pay: For 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012: Hourly Rate USD11/h, USD15/h, USD25/h and USD30/h Real Hourly Rate with commission effect USD18/h, USD19/h, USD30/h and USD73/h + Fulltime Employee's Benefits
