Description:
Our fashion brand shops are dedicated entirely to affordable, premium-quality fashion for women. We are soon opening a shop in Zagreb (Croatia) and is looking for a Store Manager (Male/Female). As store manager, you will be responsible for supervising your team, thus ensuring that business runs smoothly and daily revenue targets for your shop are met. To thrive in this environment, you will have to be able to lead by example, motivate others around you and inspire them to embrace the customer-focused service. At the same time you will be expected to set priorities, organise effective work-flow within the shop and manage your sales team.
Qualifications:
The position calls for solid qualifications in the field of business or fashion as well as a proven track record in team management, ideally within the area of apparel retailing. Other skills will include structured planning and cost awareness, as well as the ability to keep a cool head even when having to work under pressure. As manager, you never miss a trick, keep your eyes on the ball and are always committed to the task in hand. Candidates are expected to speak fluent English and/or German language.
