Are you adventurous, speak Dutch and looking for a challenging job abroad? We are looking for Customer Care Agents who speak Dutch for Sofia, Bulgaria. Our client Euroccor, is a Bulgarian company with Belgian roots that provides Customer Care Services for different Belgian companies and currently expanding its team of 20 Dutch speaking staff members. As a Customer Care Agent the following tasks are your main responsibilities: Incoming calls - you answer questions of customers about invoices - you provide information to potential customers concerning the available services - you help new customers with their registration Outgoing calls - you contact the customers to check the data - you contact the customers to keep the customer data up-to-date Administrative tasks - you take care of the commercial correspondence - you manage the e-mails of the customers - you identify and classify the letters of the customers Our Offer: - A full-time job in a dynamic and multicultural working environment in Bulgaria.
