Russian Customer Service Agent Gibraltar Our client is looking for a native Russian speaker with an excellent command of English. You must have confidence and clear telephone manner. Your role is to liaise with customers both by telephone and email providing customers with the highest level of customer care in relation to the betting and gaming operation. This role is to ensure that all problems and queries are dealt with in a professional and appropriate manner. Our client provides on-line support to its customers on a 24/7 basis, therefore this role will require you to work shifts. Our client offers a great remuneration package and relocation.
Qualifications:
Suitable candidates: * Must have worked in a customer service position ideally in a call centre and or an office environment.
* Must be dedicated in providing the highest levels of customer service.
* Must be a proactive individual with interpersonal skills
* Must have an active interest in sports or casino related games, however full training will be given.
