Responsibilities: - Supporting international IBM clients from commercial and administrative companies from all over Europe via telephone and email. - Support of clients using IT networks. - Qualifying and solving IT related questions and problems. - Communication and cooperation with internal or external support specialists.

Qualifications:

Salary / Pay: Depending on your IT and language skills, between 1800 and 2400,- Euros per month GROSS.
Working late/ night shifts, on Sundays and bank holidays you'll get extra bonus.
Christmas bonus and holiday payment will always be paid once a year in the following graduated amount:
2nd working year - 150 Euro Christmas bonus, 150 Euro holiday pay
3rd and 4th year - 200 Euro Christmas bonus, 200 Euro holiday pay
From 5th year on - 300 Euro Christmas bonus, 300 Euro holiday pay
