Description: Our Client, a leading information technology and communications consulting company based in beautiful, sub-tropical Bermuda, is seeking self managed, highly skilled and versatile IT Consultants, with the ability to design, architect and engineer both, Microsoft infrastructure solutions and Cisco networking solutions in medium to large infrastructure environments.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in IT consulting, and have a minimum of 3 years experience designing, architecting and deploying complex IT Solutions.

This role requires the Consultant to 'wear many hats':

- Maintain customer and stakeholder engagements
- Provide sales support/pre-sales to clients
- Consulting advice for the continual improvement of projects
- Technical advice in the areas of engineering and architecture
- Identify new opportunities for the business
- Provide technical advice around network strategy, technical project initiations, proof of resolution issues
- Provide advice and creative solutions for customers

Proven hands-on project experience within Microsoft and Cisco platforms to include the following:

- Strong technical experience in routing and switching.
- Demonstrated experience in the design, configuration, troubleshooting and support of complex networking solutions including CISCO network infrastructure.
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and experience in CISCO technologies such as: BGP, ISG & SGE, Enterprise Network Security, Wireless and MPLS networks, IP UP, SSL, Server Farm Technologies, load balancing, OSPF routing and tuning, QoS and internet connectivity.
- Strong technical experience and background in Active Directory and Exchange environments.
- Strong experience migrating from NT 4.0 environments to Windows 2000/2003/2007 Active Directory.
- Exchange 2000/2003 Design or Administration (enterprise level, multi-sites)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team
- Previous consulting experience

Whilst no income tax exists in Bermuda there is a 4.75% payroll tax which is levied on earnings.

Qualifications: Any two or more of the following certifications required:

- Any of the following Cisco certifications: CCNA; CCNP, CCSP,CCIE - Security; Routers & Switching; Voice; VoIP
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer - MCSE(2000; 2003; 2007);
- Check Point- CCSA or CCSE
- CISSP
- University Degree or Diploma ideally in: Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology
- Ideally, 5 years post-graduation hands on IT work experience

Minimum Education: Associates

Salary / Pay: Base salary of between $85,000 - $150,000 USD per annum depending on skills, qualifictions and experience. Plus relocation assistance to Bermuda to include economy airfare ticket and normally 1 month's temporary accommodation once landed; plus comprehensive health insurance cover

This Program is open to American, Australian, Canadian, European, Kiwi and South African Participants.
