First-class fiduciary service company, well established has created a new senior executive job for an Associate Trust Director. This truly independent offshore Trust provider is dependant upon its ability to adapt to changes in the marketplace thereby ensuring it remains competitive with its range of offshore services. The role of Associate Director is a new one and it is intended to ensure that they continue to deliver the highest quality of service to its clients. Successful applicants for this well paid director job will have extensive and relevant experience in a Trust and Company environment at a senior manager level, or above. This experience will include managing a team of administrators and up to date knowledge of relevant tax issues to ensure proper administration. They will also have achieved the commensurate professional qualifications (ICSA is particularly valued). As building long lasting and profitable relationships with key clients is an essential element of this Trust job you should be able to influence positively; think and act strategically and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike. As a senior executive they will understand the value of good people management and will be able to demonstrate their skills with individuals at varying levels of seniority.
