Description:
Our client is searching for an Italian VIP Executive to provide proactive player development specifically for Italian VIP members with the aim of increasing the member's loyalty and retention and to provide email, phone and Live Chat support for all VIP members. You will be personally responsible for a group of customers and will be required to initiate and maintain contact and get to know their members. To provide service that is oriented towards gaining additional members and to retain existing customers. You must be fluent in Italian and English and have previous experience of working within the online gaming industry ideally within Customer Services. Salary is based on experience and comes with a 6 month flat relocation.
