Our client is searching for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to manage the Purchase order processing, Purchase ledger and invoice filing function of the business. The role also includes the reconciliation of multi-currency bank accounts and Client deposit and payment processing within the organizations' back office. You will be required to perform the following tasks: - Invoice and credit note processing all major currencies - Preparing payments runs, obtaining authorisations. - Payment allocations. - Payment processing. Bank Transfers and Cheques. - Supplier statement reconciliations. - Multi currency bank reconciliations. - Answering queries re invoices, payments and credit notes. - Petty cash reconciliations. - Journal posting. - Allocation of payments received to customer accounts. - Assistance with end of month routines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role - Experience of Sage 200 and in multi currency processing is essential - Experience of online banking systems is desirable
Salary / Pay: Salary is 16k - 19k and based on experience
