Accounts Receivables Team Leader Job location: Port-Louis (Mauritius) Salary: Circa 1,800-2,500 Euros NETT per month. Relocation Do you speak French? Accounts Receivables' dedicated Team Leaders work on long-term outsourcing partnerships with large organizations for whom the company provide tailor-made Accounts Receivables management services. As the dedicated contact person for their client, team manager and final responsibility of the Accounts Receivables outsourcing project, the Team Leader has a central key role bridging the gap between the operational teams and the client's main contacts. Accounts Receivables Team Leaders' report directly to The Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Account Manager (day-to day contact person for our client) - Team Manager (day-to-day contact person for team members) - Responsible to draft the Ops Procedures document repository with Contract, detailing scope of services, description of processes, agreed reporting and maintaining a log with latest version and document status. In some cases work shadowing business trips to client's premises could be envisioned to facilitate process comprehension. - Deliver initial and ongoing training to Credit Control and Cash Reconciliation teams on agreed Ops Procedures - Ensure best-practice in all processes is maintained by team members, conduct recurrent performance reviews with each team member (team management) - Review and analyze together with client and team dash board indicators and reporting data in order to assess progress, comment trends, isolate issues and propose further actions - Envision management strategies that help achieving the targeted productivity improvements and other indicators goals over the contract term - Proactively initiate and conduct continuous process improvement (identify, propose and implement improvement in existing processes) Functional competencies required: - Native French speaker with English as a second language. - Proven track record in Collections, Accounting and / or Credit & Risk Management supported by relevant qualifications - Familiar with Microsoft Office package - Exposure to ERP packages (SAP, JDE, Oracle, Baan) Professional competencies required: - Project management skills - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Strong work ethic, maturity and leadership qualities - Comfortable working in a rapidly growing & fast changing environment - Ability to set priorities & work to own initiative - Ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining quality of work and effective multi-tasking - Customer Focused - Team player mentality
Qualifications:
