Qualifications: Master or PhD from University of Technology ; International mindset ; Outstanding performance.

* Participants in the network should have a MSc or PhD degree in mechanics, electronics or other technical disciplines from a leading university of technology.
* You have between 0 and 15 years of work experience and/or excellent academic results.
* In order to communicate effectively with your new colleagues you should understand, write and speak English fluently.
* As it will not always be easy to live in a different country away from family and friends you should be committed to move abroad for a period of at least three years.
