Description:
This position will be a full-time role located in Beijing, China. We are looking for graduates looking for a full-time job or for interns who can be in China for 6 months to 1 year. Responsibility:
Your role includes supervising a team of Cooks and Prep Cooks. You will be required to perform group instruction and one on one job instruction including all food programming and production issues. Also responsible for ensuring that all food production materials are available and handled safely. This will be a very busy, hands-on role. -Cook Buffet lunch and ala carte along with the team for 200 people per day
-Monday to Friday alternative Saturdays
-Catering menu
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English.
- Must be American or someone who has studied and worked extensively in the U.S.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of lead culinary experience.
