We have positions available all over Latin America, ranging from dance positions, activity team positions, Sports and recreational staff, and other special talent acts.

Qualifications:
Dancers:

We are currenty recruiting professional dancers for various positions throughout Latin America. We are looking for diverse, experienced individuals with professional training, and we welcome male and female applicants from around the globe!

Positions you may be considered for include choreographers, dance teachers, back up dancers, and lead dancers. We recruit for hotels, studios, theatres, and discotheques that are constantly looking for fresh talent.

Requirements:
- We require all dancers have at least 2 years professional training.
- We prefer dancers to be diverse in their styles and be eager to learn more.
- All applicants must submit 3 photos of themselves.
- You may be asked to provide a video clip of you dancing on stage and a video clip of you dancing solo.
- All dancers are required to be physically fit.
- All dancers must have a valid passport and have means to pay for their destination flight.

Athletes and Special Talents:

Spotlight Connections has a very wide client base, with contstantly changing needs. Positions open up daily for people of different talents such as DJ's, MC's, Tennis Pros, Yoga and Pilates Instructors, and occasionaly musicians. Entertainers:

Spotlight Connections specializes in finding young, outgoing, athletic individuals who wish to work in the hotel industry. We recruit for positions on Sports and Entertainment teams all across Latin America, with Mexico being our number one contract supplier. As an animator your duties would be to ensure guests enjoy themselves during the day, and sometimes into the evenings. To make this possible animators are in charge of running daily games by the pool and beach, and hosting activity nights such as casino nights and movie nights.

Requirements:
- Animators are required to be physically fit, as their job can be very demading at times.
- A knowledge of sports is a definite asset.
- Every applicant is required to submit 3 photos of themselves.
- An outgoing and friendly personality are required, due to the nature of the work.
- All applicants must have valid passport and means to pay for their destination flight.
