An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Manager within Children and Families, which is adopting new ways of working which encourage professional skill and confidence and lead social workers back to doing social work. A number of new opportunities have arisen for qualified Social Workers to work within various Community Mental Health Teams. Candidates will need to be GSCC registered with relevant post qualification experience. You will be working within a multi-disciplinary setting and managing a caseload of clients. Supporting and putting into place individual as well as group place care-plans.

Qualifications:
* Post-qualifying experience in Children Services * Have experience as a Team Manager, Assistant Team Manager or Senior SW * Engage in direct work while leading the social work unit. You will be expected to adopt a systemic approach to your practice as we are implementing our approach through small networks of professionals.
