Description: Duties and Responsibilities:
- Shall report to the Field Training Center (FTC) Commander/Training Administrator and functions as a Technical Training Librarian under the direct supervision of the RSAF.
- Determines library stock requirements; prepares, submits and follows-up orders for library publications.
- Establishes and maintains a library inventory control and accountability system.
- Monitors/maintains reading area.
- Coordinates with the appropriate technical order publications and distribution office (TOPDO) in providing technical publications.                     
- Plans and conducts OJT in accordance with RSAFM 105-8 and 105-27.
- Performs other related duties as directed.

Qualifications:
* Knowledge/Education
Knowledge of USAF technical publications/technical order libraries, education/training libraries; basic mathematics, air force property accounting, base and organizational supply policies and procedures; library inventory control and accountability/responsibility; principles of library accounting through manual, mechanical and/or automated systems is mandatory.
         
* Experience
Shall have at least three (3) years experience in operating and maintaining a technical/ education library. Shall have practical experience within the past three (3) years.
