Description: Our Client is seeking a Russian Speaking Medical Director for their private hospital in Georgia, Eastern Europe.

Job Description:
1. Oversight of patient care, both in-patient and out-patient, including performance improvement initiatives.
2. Evaluate and monitor physician productivity and performance.
3. Chairman Medical Advisory Committee.
4. Chairman Appointments and Credentialing Committee or his designee.
5. Chairman Candidate Selection Committee.
6. Member Senior Management Committee.
7. Member Hospital Board of Directors.
8. Member Joint Practices Committee.
9. Liaising Physician Staff Appointment.
10.Liaison Department of Health, Dubai with regards to physician licensing.
11.Liaison Ministry of Health, UAE matters of mutual concern.
12.Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies governing healthcare delivery.
13.Assist with any medical staff marketing campaigns.
14.Develop relationships with Department and Ministry of Health Hospitals, other private hospitals, private clinics and physicians.
15.Develop and provide an orientation program for medical staff.
16.Management responsibilities for ancillary services (Pathology & Laboratory, Medical Imaging, Physical Therapy, Cardiopulmonary, Audiology, Nutritional Support) including Chairman Ancillary Services Advisory Committee.
17.Review all policies and procedures as relate to medical staff.
18.Develop annual operating goals and objectives for Medical Affairs department.
19.Assist Finance Department with preparation of Medical Operational budget and Medical Capital Equipment Budget.
20.Clinical duties as required.
21.Perform all duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner.

Qualifications:
The candidate should have the following credentials:
* Should be US Board Certified or have equivalent Western qualification.
* Should have had clinical practice for at least 10 years.
* Medical Administration experience of at least 3 - 5 years, e.g. Chief Medical Officer, Medical Director, Assistant Medical Director, Chairman of Credentialing Committee, Chairman of QI Committee.

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science
