Description: Our Client is seeking a Russian Speaking Quality Assurance Manager for their private hospital in Georgia, Europe.

The Role:
To coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of the hospital's overall Quality Improvement (QI) program, which includes all ancillary, nursing, and medical staff departments.

Qualifications:
Essential / Preferred Education & Experience:
* A degree in Medical, nursing, or Ancillary Support professional (i.e. Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Cardiopulmonary) from an accredited university or equivalent.
* Candidate must have at least three (3) years recent experience in Quality Management activities in at least 300-bed acute care facility or large ambulatory care environment.
* Graduate degree in Quality Highly preferred
* CPHQ Certified preferred
* Current knowledge of Quality Management tools and techniques is a must.
* Knowledge in JCIA standards
* Effective interpersonal communications and teaching skills
* Russian Speaker
* English Language skills required
