The Role:
Ideally, the successful candidate will have prior hospital management experience. An advanced degree is highly desirable. Successful candidate will have a proven track record of progressively increased responsibility and possess the following personal characteristics: dynamic, positive, outgoing, flexible and able to work with physicians, boards, committees, regulatory agencies, third party payors, vendors, patients and all levels of personnel. Must possess strong conceptual, financial, communication and administrative skills.

The incumbent will be accountable for the direction and coordination of all aspects of the hospital. Responsibilities include board relations, physician relations, marketing, budgeting, staffing, contracting, development and implementation of goals and objectives, quality assurance, regulatory compliance and plant operations. The CEO is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality patient care while efficiently utilizing resources and maximizing returns.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or closely related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute
2. At least 5 years recent relevant management experience preferably in a senior leadership position including responsibilities for development and implementation of strategic programs, policies and practices in support of overall operational mission, objective and goals.
3. Russian speaker desirable though not essential.
