Description:
Online Gaming Customer Service Executives required for our clients' 24/7 call centre operations based in Gibraltar.
Highlights:
A relocation package is available (2 months in a company apartment) and they will also pay for flights for the interview.
Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
- German, French, Italian, Greek or Croatian native speaker (must hold a valid EU passport)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Very good IT user skills
- Good command of English both oral and written
- First class customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve issues to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Problem solving skills
- Be prepared to work flexible hours
- A keen interest in sports, poker and games
Salary / Pay: Starting salary is GBP17,000 pa to be increased to GBP20,000 pa ( GBP19,000 pa if shift work is not required) after successful 3 months probation period.
