Global leading in Online gaming has an excellent opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager to join their head office based in Gibraltar. In this role you will be responsible for all e-mails to their members ranging from the e-mail every new member receives confirming their registration to the large-scale newsletter. As the organizer, everything will be in your hands and you will be responsible for compiling newsletters and other mailing shots and ensuring that these are sent punctually without any problems. As a team player, you will be working in close cooperation with IT, Marketing and Community Management departments and with the managers responsible for promotions and our copywriters.
Qualifications:
In order to be part of the fastest growing commerce site of all times, you must have experience in the following: * Perfect written & spoken German * Excellent organizational and communication skills * An enjoyment of team work and open communications * The ability to grasp new topics quickly and explain complex issues and interrelated topics * A pronounced service orientation towards our community and other corporate divisions * Adherence to format specifications and other standards * Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Word & Excel * Good English (corporate language) Preferred skills * Professional experience in the fields of marketing, CRM or editing * Experience of the (online) poker industry * A university degree or other qualifications For a confidential discussion surrounding your experience then please send me a copy of your resume with cover sheet attached.
