Description: Group Financial Reporting Manager - Gibraltar.

Our client is a well established online business in Gibraltar, due to a recent restructure their finance Department is looking for a suitable candidate for the role of Group Financial Reporting Manager.

Reporting in to the Head of Finance your duties will include:

* To champion all accountancy audit and financial requirements for the business.
* To manage and develop the Accounts Team to meet the Team vision and objectives of the Business.
* To design, lead and implement the medium and long term plans for the Team
* To lead, manage and deliver analytical projects for the business.
* To build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* To be responsible for managing allocated budgets.

Responsibility:

Group Liaison
* Group Financial Statements
* Group Management Accounts
* Liaison with Israeli accounting office

Treasury Management
* FX analysis and daily trades
* Overall cashbook ownership
* Responsible for second review of all company bank statements, including the client accounts.

Budgeting and Reporting
* Preparation of budgets and forecasts for the business
* Group Management Accounts
* Owner of accounting system SAGE

Access rights
* Upgrades
* Chart of accounts

Special Project
* Web-based purchase order system
* Integration between RBS and SAGE
* Collection
* Cost reduction and optimization

Generic
* Improvements, and process improvements
* Ability to work independently on assigned projects, but also to provide key input into dynamic team setting
