Description:
Placement service is done by Vancouver office, it is paid per hour between $10 to $12.00 an hour within F&B department as a server, hoste, cook, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, destination management and other positions available in Hotel, resorts and restaurants.

Academic study is delivered through Sprott-Shaw Community College International Language Center; course contents are below. Required Courses 1-year Program - HRM 1100 - Human Resources in Hospitality and Tourism Management - MRK 1200 - Marketing in Hospitality and Tourism Management - MAH 2200 - Managerial Accounting for the Hospitality Industry - RCM 2200 - Revenue and Cost Management for the Hospitality Industry Quick summary of the program - Type of program: Work & study program - Type of visa required: study permit with work authorization - Total length of the program: Either 1 year or 2 year terms (48 weeks = 1 yr). - Industry Sectors: paid hospitality, culinary and tourism industry internship placement - Requirements: Previous industry experience & training, advanced level of English to complete college level academic course content - Start dates: every 12 weeks from March 2009 - Location: available in Vancouver, BC Canada
Qualifications:
This hospitality and tourism management diploma program is designed for professionals with previous education & practical experience in Hospitality, tourism, culinary and Casino. Cost Include Description:
Tuition fee, arrival orientation, on going support until end of program, arrange housing if required, paid co-op placement etc.
Salary / Pay: Hourly wage of between 9 to 12 USD to start, average of 30 hours a week placement. This program is extendable to two year term if desired.
