Description: The Posada Work & Live Experience:

Work in a traditional Caribbean "posada", a quaint inn characterized by a relaxed, family-style environment. Job responsibilities include every aspect of hospitality service including but not limited to: guest reception and service, kitchen duties, property maintenance and day tour management. In return, live in one of the most desirable Caribbean destinations on the planet. A commission-based stipend will be provided following a brief trial period.

Qualifications: Posada La Laguna is looking for ecologically-minded individuals who have an interest in the hospitality and adventure travel industries. The work & live posada experience requires adaptability and ease with the unpredictable nature of life on a small island. A resourceful and positive attitude is critical, as well as excellent communication skills in Spanish and another language (English, Italian preferable). Individuals with property maintenance experience a plus.
