Childrens Entertainers for Summer 2010

Length of Position: 6 months
Dates: May to October 2010

Description: Working with the Resident Entertainment Team, your position will be hotel-based. You will run the daytime Childrens Club, which will be 1-2 hours in the morning and 1-2 hours in the afternoon. You will work with small groups of young children, providing activities such as reading, drawing, painting etc. You may also run daytime activities for older children such as Treasure Hunts and games & competitions.

In the evenings you will help to run the childrens disco for an hour or so, and then you will assist the rest of the Team to run the evening program.

Highlights: You will be placed in a beautiful Hotel (minimum 4 star) on one of the main Greek Islands. You will live in the Hotel, and all accommodation, meals, soft drinks and snacks are included in the employment package. Whilst providing you with the opportunity to travel and meet new people and experience new cultures, you will be learning new skills whilst having the security of the benefits described above.

Qualifications: Previous experience of work with children or similar childcare qualification. Must be able to speak English with German/French/Italian/ Russian as an extra language (to a good conversational level).
